Forever: your streak and calendar, the full panic toolkit (guided breathing, your reasons to quit, your emergency plan), the core lessons, the default Safari content blocker, the shame-free relapse re-entry, and daily check-in reminders. The free tier is not a trial. Pro adds the full 90-day program, custom and keyword blocking with a scheduled strict mode, insights, widgets, the Live Activity, and the Apple Watch app.
Open the Blocker tab and follow the prompt, or go to iOS Settings > Apps > Safari > Extensions > Truestreak and turn it on. Then reopen the Blocker tab and tap Refresh status. The blocker works in Safari; it blocks known adult sites by default, and Pro lets you add your own sites and keywords.
No. Your clean streak only ever resets when you choose to log a relapse. It is never reset silently or because you did not open the app. And when you do log a slip, your full history is kept and Truestreak shows you a calm way to start again, not a punishing zero.
All billing goes through your App Store account, never through us: iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions shows and cancels everything. In the app, Settings > Restore purchases re-activates Pro on a new device. Apple reminds you before a free trial converts.
Check iOS Settings > Truestreak > Notifications is allowed. Truestreak reminders are time-sensitive, so they break through most Focus modes. If a reminder time was added but notifications were denied, the app shows a warning with a shortcut to Settings.
With Pro, open Truestreak on your watch and tap the panic button from your wrist to start a guided breathing session, and see your current clean streak at a glance.
Only on your device. There is no Truestreak server, no account, and no analytics. See the privacy policy.
